“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed
by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do.
So throw off the bowlines, sail away
from the safe
harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore.
Dream.
Discover.”

Aloha,
My Name is Aaron, In May of 2010 I will be setting out on a great adventure, my plan
is to cycle around the world. It has been my dream to do a long distance
Bicycle trip, as well as reduce my footprint on planet earth, reduce -reuse-re-CYCLE.
With this in mind I will be living on my Bicycle, in my Tent and on the Road
for approximately 4-5 years. I welcome all of you to come along with me, either
in person or through the pages within; as I discover a more sustainable way of
life, a broader cultural view and most importantly for me going Beyond the
Great Divide...Read more
I have a philosophy that I live by "The greatest thing we can do in our lives is to help
other people" with that thought in mind I have
been looking for a Charity that I could incorporate into my ride. For me this
is about getting to know the people and cultures on my route , but I also
wanted it to mean something a bit more than just Aaron on a World Tour! I was
fortunate to meet a man I have admired for a long time for his amazing bike
handling skills, Hans Ray. Hans and I had a short discussion about my upcoming
trip, it was then that he let me know about his Charity 'Wheels 4 Life', he
gave the general outline of what the charity does, I followed up with a
visit to the website for more details. After looking at the website and
subsequent emails with Hans I am now happy to say I will be a traveling
Ambassador for 'Wheels 4 Life'!! It is my sincere hope that I can not only
fulfill my dream of riding around the Planet, but also help to change the life
of many people along the way. PLEASE Click on the 'Wheels 4 Life' Link and take
a look at the wonderful things Hans and his Volunteers are doing, maybe you too
will be inspired to give a bit of yourself to help others.
Feel free to explore the pages within, please sign the Guest Book and let me know who you are and where you’re from.
